Do YOU think there will be a Batman 3?

I'm sure many of you see the Dark Knight this past summer. I absolutely LOVE this movie, Heath Ledger had pure talent as the Joker! But, I keep hearing rumors about a Batman 3? Johnny Depp as The Riddler? Angelina Jolie as Catwoman? And Phillip Seymour Hoffman as the Penguin? I myself read that Nolan will not be making the movie and there is no script, no list of characters, etc. What do you think?
