Does anyone know how much 11 acres of land would cost in Polk City, FL 33868? It is a small town with one stop light. It is used for residential, but could be used for commercial. It is located next door to Sanchez Trucking co. (there is no problem with noise). The land has a small pond that surrounds about 5 acres of the land. It was used for farm land.
