Mixed numbers as an improper fraction in simplest form?

i dont quite understand your question. if you mean to convert a mixed number to an improper fraction then what you do is first simplify your fraction. next take your denominator (the number on bottom) multiply it by your whole number (the non fraction number), add that to your numerator (the number on top), then take what you get and put it over the original denominator.
