I have a problem with who to start in my PPR league HELP!?

I have to start two, W WELKER, W Parker or Anthony Gonzales,we don't have a flex so I can start either 2 rb's 2 wr's or 3 wr's, and 1 rb my other starter is S Slaton and G Jennings,my only RB option would be K Moreno at cincy but not sold on his health! HELP!!
