Question for anyone who has been successful on Atkins or any low carb diet?

I just recently started the Atkins diet. I need help with meal ideas to get me through stage one? I can't figure out how to eat three meals a day and stay under 20 grams of carbs. I'm only finding meat and eggs having no or very low carbs. The veggies are low but don't seem low enough to stay under 20 grams. If anyone can suggest some daily plans to help me stay under 20 grams, id really appreciate it.
