Computer illiterate... TROJ_Generic.ADV?

I am not completely hopeless with computers, but hopeless enough when it comes to internet related stuff. 3 trojans were detected on my mother's computer through Trend Micro 08 that have not been able to be resolved. I have managed to locate one of those trojans manually and delete it but there are two remaining that are in a folder that doesn't seem to exist (System Volume Information) even with hidden folders being displayed. These infected folders being titled A0028843.exe and A0028869.exe. Probably nothing, but my mother wants these fixed. Please help! Thank you in advance!
