OMG! Guess what my landlord asked me to do if I want to save rent? Please advise!!!?

So I'm considered pretty hot which is why I am in New York hoping to make it an a model. However I lost my job and cannot get a full time job since I have to be ready for auditions etc which is why I came here in the first place. So my landlord -- a 60 pls year old guy from Jamaica said that if I "Date" him he will let me stay free of cost. He said there was nothing wrong since even Hugh Hefner does the same with his girls. This dude is married but his wife and kids (older than me) are fine with it. He says his dream was to be with a "y blonde like me" and if I make his dream come true he will make mine. Now please don't give me all the bs about pride dignity etc since I need a place to stay, I have no money, I have to make my dream come true and technically if I close my eyes and imagine its Brad Pitt then I may even get through it. Once I make it as a model I'll move out . its just temporary barter system. Models sleep around all the time for favors in our biz so this is just the way I have to act i guess. Or am I kidding myself? Pls advise Thanks
