Should I finish things with him?

You should trust your gut feeling. If I was in your shoes, I would confront him and come right out and tell him that you saw his profile still up. If he asks tell him you were checking out of curiosity so that he doesn't turn it around on you and ask why you were on there still. There is no reason for him to be on the site so much. If you do choose to confront him, remember to be calm about it though. You should not have to worry about whether or not you are being used. You can tell him that even though you do like him, you don't like feeling like you are there just in case he can't find anyone else. Healthy relationships use communication.
