Title of the movie?

I'm not sure but it's kinda like a remake of Wizard of Oz. Judy Garland ISN'T the one who played Dorothy. It was not a musical...It's kinda creepy remake version. There was this speaking wall who ate an egg. There was this boy with a wheel as legs. The witch has a collection of facial masks. There's a chicken. There's also a pair of red shoes. Hope i make sense...or am i just dreaming.
