Why do Hillary's supporters claim Obama is the "Affirmative Action" candidate...?

... when Hillary is a ... woman? They act as though women nominees are the norm or something. Besides, we all know how many women have higher ranking positions because of affirmative action. Aren't they being a bit hypocritical?
