Yes its your period. I can not believe you have no one to talk to about it. If you can not talk to your mum or dad is there not an aunt, cousin or maybe a teacher at your school you can talk to. If not pop along and see your G.P. if its a man and you are embarred there is usually a practise nurse who will answer any questions you want to know. Being a mother myself I feel I could put my arms around you and tell you everything is ok, dont worry you are a normal young woman.
